After two decades in various aspects of the real estate industry, I have dedicated my career to helping aging adults transition to homes that best suit their current needs and aspirations. I recognized a growing need in our community for a full-service approach that simplifies these transitions. This includes packing, moving, and resettling into a new home or community, selling unwanted household items to offset costs, and preparing the former home for sale.
In my experience, these transitions require careful planning and proactive conversations—often before individuals feel ready to discuss selling their home of many years. That’s where I come in.
In addition to assisting seniors with the sale of their homes, my wife, Victoria, and I own Caring Transitions of Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valley. Through this venture, we provide invaluable services to assist with right-sizing, relocation, and estate liquidation, ensuring a seamless and compassionate transition.

We will help you sort and organize all the items in your home. In our color-coded system, we say that everything in the house can be placed into one of five categories - things to be moved, thing to be given to family and friends, things to be sold, things to be donated, and things to be recycled or disposed of. If your move is local, we help you settle into your new home by unpacking, setting up your technology (TV, computers, etc.), and hanging the pictures on the wall. If you are moving out of area, we will arrange for similar services at your new home from our network of like-minded colleagues.
